
Pacer Task Statistics
You have the capability to showcase Pacer's location/team statistics or project-level statistics (aggregated across all locations/teams) within another application.
The API provides task counts for each status label, including those marked as Past Due (determined by date and status type).
This feature is particularly advantageous for data aggregation for graphical representation and reporting purposes. For instance, you could integrate a widget into a Salesforce Account to visually depict the number of completed tasks, overdue tasks, and more.
Manage Location/Team Attributes
In Pacer, tasks are structured according to locations or teams, with projects being allocated to them accordingly. You can effortlessly establish a location within Pacer by transmitting location data points from CRMs like Salesforce, ClientTether, or HubSpot.
The fields encompass essential information such as Name, Abbreviation, Opening Date, General Manager Name, General Manager Email, Address, City, State/Province, Area, Region, Continent, Country, Type, and Management/Ownership Company.
Invite Users to Pacer
You can streamline the user profile creation process in Pacer by transferring user information from HR platforms like Workday or ADP.
Upon profile creation, you have the flexibility to opt for Pacer to send the individual an email invitations and which notifications they should receive in the future.
Furthermore, if your HR application tracks user workplace details, you can relay to Pacer the specific location(s) or team(s) that each individual should access.
For instance, you can specify that Sara requires access to all locations, while John should only access a single location.
